Ingredients
4 cups mini pretzels
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in brown sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda until foamy.
4. Place pretzels in a large bowl and pour the toffee mixture over them. Stir to coat evenly.
5. Spread the coated pretzels on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
7. Cool completely on the baking sheet. Break apart and store in an airtight container.
