Description

Ingredients

1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken

⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 medium flour tortillas

2 tablespoons butter or oil (for frying)


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until well coated.

2. Lay out tortillas and sprinkle half of each with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

3. Spoon buffalo chicken evenly over the cheese and top with more cheese before folding.

4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.

5. Cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

6. Let rest for 1 minute, then slice into wedges.

7. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce.
