Ingredients
6 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dry brownie mix
1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter.
2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Place Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
