Description

This rich and creamy Brown Butter Fudge recipe combines nutty browned butter with sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate for an irresistible, no-bake dessert. Perfect for gifting or indulging, this easy fudge sets beautifully and bursts with flavor.


Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Melt the butter in a light-colored saucepan over medium heat until it browns and smells nutty, about 5–7 minutes.

2. Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips until smooth.

3. Add vanilla extract and salt, then stir until fully combined.

4. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan and smooth the top.

5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.

6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment, slice into squares, and serve.

Notes

Let the butter brown slowly; it adds flavor and shouldn’t be rushed.

Use a light-colored pan so you can clearly see when the butter is browned.

Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge to keep it fresh and firm.
