Description

This Boursin Cheese Baked Pasta recipe is creamy, comforting, and effortless, made with cherry tomatoes, garlic herb Boursin, and pasta baked to perfection. It’s the ideal weeknight meal, perfect for cheese lovers craving a simple yet gourmet pasta dish.


Ingredients

8 oz pasta

5.2 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese

2 cups cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup fresh basil (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and place cherry tomatoes in a baking dish with the Boursin cheese in the center.

2. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese, and season with salt and pepper.

3. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until tomatoes burst and cheese is melty.

4. While baking, boil pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.

5. Mash the baked cheese and tomatoes into a sauce.

6. Add cooked pasta and reserved water to the dish and mix until well coated.

7. Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve warm.

Notes

This dish is best served immediately for the creamiest texture.

Use rigatoni, penne, or rotini for best results.

Add grilled chicken or roasted veggies for extra protein and variety.
