Description

This Boursin Baked Salmon recipe blends creamy garlic herb cheese with tender salmon fillets for a quick, luxurious meal. A perfect weeknight dinner, it’s simple, flavorful, and oven-ready in under 30 minutes. Discover why this baked salmon with Boursin cheese is a favorite among easy dinner ideas.

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

1 package Boursin garlic and herb cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.

2. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared dish. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

3. Break the Boursin cheese into small chunks and distribute evenly over the salmon fillets.

4. Bake uncovered for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

Use center-cut salmon fillets for even cooking.

Thaw frozen salmon completely and pat dry to avoid excess moisture.

Add roasted vegetables on the side for a complete meal.
