12 fresh jalapeños

8 oz brie cheese

1⁄2 cup blueberry jam or preserves

1 can crescent roll dough

1 large egg

2 tbsp honey or hot honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds and membranes.

3. Cut brie into small chunks and place one inside each jalapeño half.

4. Top each with a small spoonful of blueberry jam.

5. Unroll crescent dough and cut into strips. Wrap each jalapeño half in a strip of dough.

6. Beat the egg and brush over the wrapped jalapeños.

7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

8. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey or hot honey.

9. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Use gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.

Choose larger jalapeños for easier stuffing.

Don’t overfill with jam to prevent overflow during baking.
