Description

This Biscoff Banana Pudding with Caramel is a no-bake layered dessert made with spiced Biscoff cookies, fresh bananas, creamy vanilla pudding, and luscious caramel sauce. Perfect for parties, holidays, and indulgent cravings, this easy recipe brings together nostalgic flavor and modern decadence.

Ingredients

1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

1 5.1 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix

1 1/2 cups cold whole milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups heavy whipping cream

4 large bananas, sliced

2 cups Biscoff cookies

1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Let it chill for 5 minutes.

2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

3. Fold the whipped cream and vanilla extract into the pudding mixture gently until combined.

4. In a trifle dish or large bowl, start with a layer of pudding, then add a layer of Biscoff cookies, followed by banana slices and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

5. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a pudding layer on top.

6. Drizzle more caramel sauce on the top and garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies if desired.

7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Let the dessert chill for several hours to allow flavors to meld.

Use bananas that are ripe but not overripe for best texture.

For extra indulgence, top with whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle before serving.
