Ingredients
1 bunch fresh kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon white vinegar powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Wash the kale thoroughly, dry completely, and remove the stems. Tear into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Massage until well-coated.
4. Sprinkle sea salt and white vinegar powder over the kale, tossing again for even seasoning.
5. Spread the kale on the baking sheet in a single layer.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through. The edges should be crisp and slightly curled.
7. Let the chips cool completely before serving or storing.

These are best eaten the same day.
