Ingredients
2 sleeves graham crackers
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
Instructions
1. Beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently to create the fluffy filling.
4. In a 9×13-inch dish, layer graham crackers to cover the bottom.
5. Spread a layer of the creamy filling over the graham crackers.
6. Scatter a generous handful of mixed berries on top of the cream layer.
7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with berries on top.
