Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (9.75 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
1 small onion, diced
Instructions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
2. Stir in the taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Reduce heat and stir in cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Heat until fully combined.
4. In a greased 9×13 baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, then half the beef mixture, followed by cheese. Repeat the layers.
5. Top with remaining crushed Doritos and a final sprinkle of cheese.
6. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Use freshly crushed Doritos for maximum crunch.
