3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (plus extra for topping, optional)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup chopped peanuts or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth.
