Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
8 teaspoons Nutella
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 8 even squares.
3. Place 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each square.
4. Fold each square into a triangle or bundle and pinch edges to seal. Crimp with a fork.
5. Brush each pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Use cold Nutella for easier scooping.
