12 oz spaghetti
1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)
1 jar (24 oz) marinara or spaghetti sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
