Description
This Amish Peanut Butter Cream Pie is a no-bake, creamy dessert layered with peanut butter crumbles, vanilla pudding, and fluffy whipped topping over a buttery graham cracker crust. Perfect for holidays, potlucks, or a sweet family treat. A nostalgic and easy peanut butter pie recipe made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons butter, melted
¾ cup powdered sugar
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
Instructions
1. Melt the butter and combine it with graham cracker crumbs until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press into a pie dish and chill.
2. Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter until crumbly and set aside.
3. In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Let it sit, then fold in half of the whipped topping.
4. Sprinkle half of the peanut butter crumbles over the crust. Add the pudding mixture and smooth it out.
5. Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle the rest of the peanut butter crumbles.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Use creamy peanut butter like Jif or Skippy for the smoothest crumble.
Chill the pie well to help the layers set before slicing.
This pie is best served cold and keeps well in the fridge up to 4 days.
