Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon chili powder

Olive oil spray


Instructions

1. Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels and place in a large bowl.

2. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and chili powder.

3. Sprinkle the dry rub over the wings and toss until fully coated.

4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes and spray the basket lightly with olive oil spray.

5. Arrange wings in a single layer in the basket. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.

6. Flip the wings and cook for another 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.

7. Let rest for 2 minutes and serve hot.

Notes

These wings are best enjoyed fresh but reheat great in the air fryer.
