Description

Crispy, naturally sweet Air Fryer Banana Chips are the perfect healthy snack! Made with just bananas, lemon juice, and optional cinnamon, this easy air fryer recipe is gluten-free, vegan, and oil-free. Great for clean eating and kid-friendly snacking!

Ingredients

2 ripe but firm bananas

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Pinch sea salt

Instructions

1. Peel the bananas and slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.

2. In a bowl, toss banana slices with lemon juice, sea salt, and cinnamon if using.

3. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

4. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.

5. Remove from air fryer and let cool completely to crisp.

Notes

Use bananas that are ripe but still firm to hold shape.

Let the chips cool fully before storing to maintain crunch.

For a variation, try using plantains for a less sweet chip.
