Description

Ingredients

12 rounds pizza dough

12 slices mozzarella cheese

1 cup pizza sauce

24 pieces mini pepperoni or chopped black olives

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter or glass.

2. Place the dough rounds on a lined baking sheet and spoon pizza sauce over each, spreading evenly while leaving a crust edge.

3. Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter or knife to shape the mozzarella slices into ghosts.

4. Place a mozzarella ghost on top of each sauced dough round.

5. Use mini pepperoni or olive pieces to create eyes for each ghost.

6. Brush edges of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.

7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

8. Serve warm or keep in a 200°F oven for up to 1 hour if needed.

Notes

Make sure to cut mozzarella ghosts slightly smaller than the dough so they don’t spill over.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in a toaster oven.
