These Adorable Christmas Mini Tree Cheesecakes are a no-bake holiday dessert made with a creamy cheesecake base, graham cracker crust, and festive whipped topping trees. Perfect for parties, cookie exchanges, or Christmas dessert tables, these mini cheesecakes bring joy and flavor in every bite.
Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
16 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Green gel food coloring (as needed)
1 1/2 cups whipped topping or stabilized frosting
Sprinkles and mini stars for decoration
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners. Chill for 10 minutes.
2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fluffy.
3. Whip the heavy cream separately to soft peaks. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crusts. Smooth the tops and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Tint the whipped topping or frosting with green gel food coloring.
6. Pipe a swirl tree shape on top of each cheesecake using a star tip.
7. Decorate the trees with sprinkles and mini star toppers.
8. Chill until ready to serve.
